It’s display season in Perth!

It’s the time of year when Perth home builders are opening their display homes to showcase the best of what’s been happening in the Western Australian building industry.

Display homes offer a valuable opportunity to walk through different home designs, get a feel for the size and layout of a home, gain some styling inspiration and choose the right builder for you.

With recent changes in the Perth market driving interest rates down to their lowest in decades, affordability is motivating Perth buyers to become active in the market and start making some smart investment choices. Whether it be an investment property or new home, now is the time to choose the right builder for you. Start Right Homes specialises in high quality homes, narrow lot homes and affordable house and land packages, whilst offering friendly, personalised service and quick build times. With fantastic key-start loans and the first home owners grant, now is the perfect time for investors and first home buyers to take action and invest in the Perth property market.

We are opening our first display home this Saturday 30th April to coincide with the grand opening of the Display Village in The Village at Wellard. The day will be packed full of FREE entertainment for the whole family! Enjoy live music, petting zoo, bouncy castle, cupcake decorating, face painting, competitions and the chance to win some fantastic prizes!

Our display, located on 9 Bromsgrove Street, is a beautiful 4×2 home with double garage, light-filled open plan kitchen and dining with butler’s pantry and island bench overlooking a spacious yard with covered alfresco, large lawn and basketball ring! To officially open the home we are having a free-throw basketball competition in our back yard. With over $100,000 in prizes to be won you won’t want to miss this! Look for the yellow sign near the Peet marquee, bouncy castle and face painting!

Head down and have a look, we’re just 25 minutes down the freeway near Wellard train station.

Hope to see you there!
